In my reviews I try neither to persuade nor to dissuade others. I believe the art of reading is a very personal experience and that my opinion should not intrude upon others enjoyment. I merely state how I felt while reading and I will allow others to decide for themselves. This is why I will not present a play-by-play description. I will only offer a few basic details to help you decide if what I present is worth your time.
Clockwork Angel - Cassandra Clare What is not to like. The writing is simple and enjoyable to read, the characters will stay with you in your memory and a few of them, the important ones, will live on in your heart. The setting is Victorian London and Clare paints a vivid picture, you actually want to live there even with all the treachery that’s going on around you.

Murder, mayhem, treachery, disgust, betrayal; what’s not to love about this story.
This is a series worth checking out.
